Its been more than 5 months staying in Copenhagen and still havent managed to find a south indian restraunt to have a sumptous meal (or some idlis n dosas). So finally decided to do that at home. I had the MTR instant Dosa mix so it was easy to start of with to get the batter done. In the mean while it flashed me that why not prepare a masala dosa instead of just sada dosa. So called Atul to help me prepare the Onion/Potato curry.
Currently we are just 5 staying here (peak was 13 at one point), and was not that difficult to prepare for everyone. So finally did some 25 odd dosas for everyone.
It was indeed a wonderful experience to have masala dosa away from home. Mission
